Steaks de thon poêlés à l'ail


  • Tuna steaks 4
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley 1/2 bunch
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt pepper

Peel and press the garlic. Chop the parsley. Salt and pepper the tuna steaks.
Oil a pan. In it, cook the tuna steaks with the garlic over high heat. After 4 minutes of cooking, turn the steaks. Extend cooking for 3 or 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving hot.
