Boulettes de courgettes au four


  • Zucchini 1
  • Onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Mozzarella 1 ball
  • Parmesan 70 g
  • Breadcrumbs 70 g
  • Olive oil

Wash and grate the zucchini. Squeeze them to remove all the water. Peel and finely slice the onion. Grate the parmesan.
Put the zucchini in a salad bowl, add the onions, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg. Salt, pepper. Mix to make a homogeneous whole.
Form balls between your hands. Place these balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Pour a few drops of olive oil on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C and enjoy your baked zucchini balls.
