Oeufs au lait au Thermomix


  • Powdered sugar 80 g
  • Skimmed milk 50 cl
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla sugar 1 sachet


Preparation of the recipe: milk eggs with thermomix

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl.

Mix for 5 minutes at 70°C on speed 4.

Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a deep dish. Fill the bottom of the dish with water for cooking in a bain-marie.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).

Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. Decorate if you wish with some fresh fruit on top.
