Makis de Truite fumée au Fromage frais et Pomme granny



Today I offer you a little festive appetizer that will be perfect for the meal on December 31! I made these maki with smoked trout from Hop’La which is absolutely delicious, to give it a fresh side, I garnished it with fresh goat cheese and crunchy granny apple. It's quick and absolutely delicious!

If you don't like goat's cheese too much, you can easily replace it with fresh cow's or sheep's cheese;)
