Crêpes moelleuses aux asperges


A recipe with Alsatian flavors: fluffy crepes (Eierkueche), decorated with a white asparagus sauce! A very subtle combination that will delight your taste buds for sure 

In the spring, fresh asparagus is available at farms and on stalls, and to enjoy this recipe all year round, you just need to freeze peeled and cut asparagus.

If you don't like asparagus, these fluffy crepes also go wonderfully well with a nice green salad. In fact, both versions are so good, you don't know which to choose first!
