Tian courgette et tomate au chorizo



The tian is a traditional culinary specialty of Comtadine origin, present in Comtadine and Vaucluse cuisine, Provencal cuisine, the cuisine of Mediterranean Provence, Occitan cuisine, Nice cuisine, and more generally in the Mediterranean diet.

This dish is a stew au gratin, baked, including all kinds of vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, cheese and aromatic plants such as oregano, and olive oil. Here this version is very fragrant thanks to the chorizo.
