Daïquiri Maracuja


  • 4 cl white or amber rum
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 4 cl cane sugar
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 5 ice cubes


Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp with a small spoon.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix to obtain a smooth preparation. Serve in a tall, thin glass, straining through a sieve if you don't want to keep the pips.
