Cocktail au Limonverde, Gin & Romarin
- 4 sprigs rosemary + for garnish
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp gin
- 2 tbsp Limonverde Sorrentini
Quickly pass the rosemary branches under the flame of a blowtorch so that the scents are more present. Then crumble them in a shaker.
Add lemon juice and mash. Then pour the gin and lemonverde into the shaker.
Add a good dose of ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into 2 cocktail glasses filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
