ENDIVES A LA TOURANGELLE
800 g (1,76 lbs) Endives, 100 g (0,22 lbs) bacon bits, 50 g (0,11 lbs) fresh cream, 1/2 glass of white wine
Cut the endives into 1 cm slices Brown the shallots and bacon in a pan. Add the endives, pepper, and 1/2 glass of white wine, cook for 15 minutes covered. At the end of the 15 minutes, add the fresh cream and continue cooking uncovered so that the juice evaporates
