VIN DE CERISIER



For 1 liter (33,80 oz) of good red wine:

100 cherry leaves and 300 gr (0,66 lbs) of sugar, 1 1/2 glass of brandy at 45-113°. 

Leave to macerate for a week; Filter and bottle
