TABOULE
1 bowl of fine couscous, 1 lettuce or other crunchy salad, 3 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 1 small pepper, parsley, fresh or dried mint, salt and pepper, 1 lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of oil.
Put the couscous in a salad bowl. Make it swell with a little water.
During this time, cut all the vegetables into small dice, the salad into thin strips.
Mix everything with couscous.
Season, leave to cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, add lemon juice and oil.
