SAUMON ACCOMPAGNE DE HARICOTS VERTS



Green beans 1 onion Salmon steak (possibly fresh cream at 8% MG = one *)

Cook the salmon steak in a non-stick pan. 

Season to taste (At the end of cooking, you can add 2 teaspoons of fresh cream 8% MG).

 Fry a finely chopped onion in a non-stick pan add the beans salt, pepper.

 Serve on a plate 100 g of (0,22 lbs) salmon and green beans as desired.
