Salade vapeur
½ green pepper + ½ red pepper + 2 tomatoes + 1 garlic clove 1 red onion + 4 anchovies + 50 gr (0,11 lbs) feta + 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice + salt + pepper + herbs
* Peel with a peeler, cut into strips.
* Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl, place the strips of peppers in the simmering basket and cook for 15 mins at 100°-202 speed 3.
* Peel, seed and crush the tomatoes. Peel and chop the cloves of garlic. Peel and chop the onion and crumble the feta.
* Mix oil, lemon juice, seasoning and prepare a bed of vegetables.
* Scatter the feta over the vegetables, place the anchovies then pour the sauce.
