Papillote de fruits
2 yellow peaches + 1 pear + 15 cl grape juice + 2 oranges + 4 figs 2 cloves + fresh ginger + ½ vanilla pod + 1 tsp pink berries
* Bring to the boil grape juice, split vanilla pod, cloves cloves, peeled and chopped ginger without beaker 5 mins 80° vit 3.
* Peel the peaches and slice them. Rinse the figs and cut into quarters. Peel the pear and cut into thin strips. Peel the orange raw and separate the quarters.
* Pour 5 cups of water into the bowl, adjust varoma speed 1 for 5 minutes.
* Cut 8 large squares of aluminum foil, arrange the fruit, pour the juice over it, close the paper and place the papillotes on the varoma plateau and set 20 mn varoma vit 1.
* Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla.
