ENDIVES AU JAMBON



4 endives-2 slices of ham-30 g (0,066) light grated Gruyère-salt, pepper

cut the endives into strips and pour them into the pan covered with a baking sheet, salt and pepper. cut the ham and add it with endive. cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. at the end of cooking, sprinkle the gruyère, let it melt and serve
