PARMENTIER DE SAUMON



Potatoes, fresh cream, salt, pepper. 400 g (0,88 lbs) Norwegian salmon, shallots, dill. 

Boil potatoes in water mash with a fork, add the fresh cream, salt, pepper and mix.
In the bottom of a baking dish, place a layer of minced salmon, minced shallots, dill, salt and pepper.
Cover with mashed potatoes and cook in the oven, th. 6, 180°C-358 for 30 min. 
Serve hot with a green salad.
