Artichauts marins



20 g (0,044 lbs) cod fillet + 2 artichoke bottoms thawed in the fridge 1 knob of butter + a little lemon juice


* Break up the artichoke bottoms and put them in the simmering basket.

* In the bowl, pour 3 cups of water, place the basket and set for 20 minutes 100°-202 speed 3.
