TAGLIATELLES AU SAUMON

                              


400 g (0,88 lbs) cooked tagliatelle 250 (0,55 ) to 300 g. (0,66 lbs) spinach Olive oil - Salt and pepper Fry the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side on 1 baking sheet (or in the oven). Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water  with olive oil and salt.

Add a little olive oil and garlic to the spinach and gently mix them with the tagliatelle. Arrange this salmon on it and serve immediately.
