Petit plat fraîcheur




½ slice white ham + 5 CS white cheese 40% fat

10 small sweet pink radishes + 1 sprig of flat-leaf parsley + 1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 green salad leaves (very green = + vitamins)

Peel, carefully wash radishes, lettuce and parsley.

Put all the ingredients in the bowl as well as the simmering basket and blender 20 sec turbo.

 From one year, replace the ham with a hard-boiled egg.
