PAN BAGNAT-2



4 round buns, 3 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 onions medium, 125 g (0,27 lbs) of black olives from Nice, 1 tin of anchovy fillets, 1 clove of garlic, olive oil, salt pepper.


Cut the loaves in half lengthwise, soak both sides generously with olive oil.
