BOUCHEES AU COMTE
Small potatoes, 40 g (0,088 lbs) Comté cheese, pepper
Boil the potatoes in water without peeling them. Let them cool completely. Get rid of extremities. Cut each potato in 4 slices with the skin. Preheat the oven th 6 (200°-392). Put on each slice 2.5 g of Comté per potatoes. Pepper. Place in the oven for 5 mins. Serve hot as an aperitif.
