TARTARE DE SAUMON



250 g (0,55 lbs) salmon fillet - 20 sprigs of chives - 2 tsp mustard - 10 cl olive oil - a few drops of lemon juice - salt and pepper

Put the diced salmon, chives, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Mix everything 15 to 20 seconds with toasted toast it's great for the evening.
