TASSE JAQUES

  • 2 cups mixed fruit (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 7 tablespoons of cherry juice
  • 2 cups lemon ice cream
  • 2 cups raspberry ice cream
  • 1/3 cup  shelled almonds (chopped in half)


In a medium bowl, mix the mixed fruit, sugar, lemon juice and 6 tablespoons of cherry juice well with a spoon. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Keep 6 flat serving glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put a tablespoon of raspberry ice cream and a tablespoon of lemon ice cream side by side in glasses, leaving some space between them.

Take the fruit out of the refrigerator, take a tablespoon and put it between the ice creams.

Sprinkle the remaining cherry juice on the Cup Jacque , garnish with almonds and serve immediately.
