Crêpe Suzette Poisson
- 100 gr. (0,22 lbs) Flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml.(8,45 oz) milk
- white meat fish
- Tomatoes
- Fresh onion
- Green pepper
For the top:
- white sauce
- cheese grater
All of them are mixed and poured with a spoon by pouring oil into the hot pan, and it is turned upside down.
White fish meat is boiled and chopped, finely chopped tomatoes, spring onions and green peppers are added to it and rolled into pancakes. Pyrex is placed inside the tray. Spread the white sauce and grated cheese on top. It should be in abundance, and it is given to the oven. It is served hot.
