Biscuits au pain de terre



  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet of margarine
  • 1 bowl of apricot jam
  • 1 pack of dark chocolate
  • Some colorful candy

Beat well softened margarine at room temperature with a mixer. Add sugar and continue beating.
Next, break the eggs one by one and beat well.
Finally, add the flour and mix.
The consistency of the dough should be such that it passes through the piping bag.
Fill the dough you prepared into a piping bag and squeeze it lengthwise into the greased tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 (352) degrees until light pink and cool.
Spread marmalade between the cooled cookies and glue the two together.
Then dip them in melted chocolate in a bain-marie and dip in colored candies.
Serve the chocolate frosting.
