Pain Au Lait
- Sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (1 Teaspoon)
- Egg yolk (1 Piece)
- Yeast (1 package)
- Milk (1 Cup of Water)
- Butter (3 Tablespoons)
Let's take the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and add yeast, sugar and salt into it. Let's make a dough and leave it to ferment.
After it is fermented, add a glass of milk and butter on it. Let's rest our dough for half an hour
Let's add small pieces of dough and make scratches on them with a knife, then apply egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ( 352) degrees for 40 minutes.
