Gratin Dauphinoise
- Salt (2 Teaspoons)

- Cream (0.5 Pieces (Package)
- Potatoes (3 pieces)
- Muscat(1 Teaspoon)
- Gruyere Cheese (3 Tablespoons)
- Milk (1.5 Tea Cups)
Let's peel the potatoes and slice it 2 mm ( 0,078 inc) thick and flavor it with nutmeg.
Next, whisk together the milk, cream and eggs to form a mixture.
Let's put the potatoes in a deep oven dish and pour the creamy mixture on it. Let's grate the Gruyere cheese.
Let's cook it for 40-50 minutes in a heated oven at 180 ( 352) degrees, and then serve it warm.
