Frittata de courgettes
- Black pepper (0.5 Teaspoons)
- Salt (1 Dessert Spoon)
- Egg (6 Pieces)
- Old Cheddar (50 Grams-0,11 lbs)
- Green zucchini (2 Pieces)
- Turmeric (1 Dessert Spoon)
- Dill (0.5 Bunch)
- Cheddar cheese (1 Cup of Water)
- Muscat Grated (0.5 Teaspoons)
- Olive oil (3 Tablespoons)
Let's grate the zucchini and squeeze out the juice with our hands. Let's grate the old cheddar cheese.
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat with a fork until foamy.
Add grated cheddar, finely chopped dill, grated nutmeg, black pepper and salt to the eggs and mix.
Let's heat the olive oil in the pan where you will cook the frittata. Let's add the zucchini grated and turmeric you squeezed out the juice. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and stir once or twice with a wooden spoon.
In the meantime, let's heat the grill part of the oven at 200 ( 392) degrees. Take the omelet, the top of which is still liquid, from the stove. After sprinkling grated cheddar cheese on it, let's put it in the grill section of the oven.
Let's keep the frittata in the oven for 3-4 minutes until it is golden brown. You can slice the food you bought from the oven while it is hot and serve it with dill or basil leaves.
