Wrap de dinde au pepperoni

 


  • 4 turkey breast fillets,
  • 4 roasted red peppers,
  • 5-6 stalks of parsley,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt,
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric,
  • 1 tablespoon of salt,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.

Crush the turkey fillets to flatten them.
Sprinkle salt on them.
Chop the roasted red pepper into thin strips.
Mix the crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt herb.
Put the mixture you prepared on the fillets.
After folding the sides of each one over the material, wrap it in the form of a roll.
Tie it with twine so that it does not open.
Arrange the meat on the baking tray.
Mix yogurt, oil, turmeric.
Spread over turkey wraps.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ( 392 ) degrees for about 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
Slice and serve hot.
