Soupe de riz au curcuma
- 3/4 cup rice
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 glass of vegetable juice
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of powdered turmeric (You can increase or decrease as desired)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Wash and drain the rice. Put it in a pot with 4 glasses of water. When it boils, close your mouth and turn the heat down.
Mix the yogurt, salt, lemon juice and vegetable juice in a bowl. When the rice swells and becomes mushy, add this mixture to the pot and cook on low heat until it boils. Add turmeric, mix and turn off the heat.
Divide into serving bowls, serve hot with strained yogurt and lemon.
