Salade de carottes à la noix de coco

 


  • 500 g ( 1,1 lbs ) carrots
  • juice of 1 orange
  • juice of 1 lemon

Grate the carrots. Put the grated carrots in a large bowl.

Pour the lemon and orange juice over the carrots and mix well.

Put the carrots in a large salad bowl or on separate serving plates.

Sprinkle coconut on them.

At least 1 hour before serving the Coconut Carrot Salad.

keep it in the refrigerator.
