Poire au vinaigre



  • 600 ml. ( 20,28 oz ) apple cider vinegar + water (half water and half vinegar)
  • 225 gr. ( 0,49 lbs ) granulated sugar
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 scoops of orange juice
  • 8 pears
  • 2 scoops of almonds

Pears are peeled and put whole in a saucepan. Add vinegar, powdered sugar, cinnamon, orange juice and cook the pears until they become soft. Pears are taken to the serving plate. Add the water by straining it. Serve cold, garnished with almond pieces.
