Sea bass, with baked fennel and french beans


  • 1 sea bass
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 1 fennel, half a lemon
  • 10 french beans
  • 1 sprig of parsley and rosemary
  • A pinch of white ground pepper, salt
Lightly salt and grill the fillet sea bass, tomatoes, fennel and lemon, cut in half. Saute the boiled beans, salt and white pepper in the pan. Garnish with parsley and rosemary and serve.
