Sandwich Robespierre

 


  • 4 ribeye
  • 4 sesame baguettes
  • 200 grams ( 0,44 lbs ) of rocket
  • 200 grams ( 0,44 lbs ) of grain mustard
  • 50 grams ( 0,011 lbs ) of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Salt both sides of the ribeye slices and cook in a pan with butter for 3 minutes. Let it cool. Cut the sandwiches in half. Put mustard on both sides. Place whole arugula pieces and meat inside and serve.
