POTATOE TERIN



  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 100 g ( 0,22 lbs ) butter
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Muscat


Potatoes are washed and dried.

Cut thinly with the help of a mandolin. If there is no mandolin, it cannot be considered for sure.
