PAIN DORÉ SALÉ



  • 4 slices of large toast bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of milk
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • Slice of Cheddar Cheese
  • slice of ham
  • Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Take the eggs in a bowl and add milk, parsley, salt and pepper and whisk.

In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and melt it. Dip your breads in the mixture we prepared and fry them in the pan.

Serve with cheddar, cheddar and ham between toasted bread.
