Galette Des Rois

 



  • 1 pack of phyllo dough
  • 2-3 spoons of sugar
  • 250 grams ( 0.55 lbs ) raw almonds
  • 1-2 spoons of flour
  • 2-3 spoons
  • 3 eggs (the yolk of one will be brushed on)


Cut the puff pastry in half and roll it out to the size of a serving plate. Mix all the ingredients well and fry for a few minutes and cool.

Lay one of the doughs and put the stuffing inside and cover the other one on it. Close  the edges with the help of a fork and give the shape you want with a knife.

Finally, brush it with egg yolk and bake for about 30 minutes before placing it in the oven.
